Dedicated to encouraging voluntarism in women of all ages and backgrounds. Raises money for various charitable projects, from memberships, donations, and proceeds from a consignment shop.

Women volunteers offering "quick response" and "done in a day", as well as longer term collaborations with community service groups in the Omaha area.

Since 1959 this group has volunteered over 1.2 million hours in the community. The League advocates for children?s causes including the Ronald McDonald Mobile Dental Care Unit, the ?Tooth Truck? contributing both volunteers and funding. This unit provides care for elementary children enrolled in Caring Community schools or in Head Start programs.
