Committed to promoting a safe, nurturing environment to the women and children of our community.

The Hands-On Committee performs direct service involvement in the form of a variety of short-term, "done-in-a-day" projects. Hands-On focuses its efforts on projects that would help women and families.

Volunteer opportunities for women center around helping adolescent girls in areas of leadership, self-esteem, life skills, parenting. Other programs include fund raising and abuse recovery through the arts.
