This is a bipartisan non-profit group working to educate Congress about the Internet. The group addresses policy issues such as:Internet governance, taxation, encryption, and privacy issues. Also has a mailing list sign-up.
Internet Education Foundation
The IEF lobbies the US Congress on issues involving the Internet including access, censorship, education. This group also is responsible for GetNetWise, a site devoted to information on Web safety for kids. Links to other organizations under Board Members.

Spam Free Washington
Home site of the anti-spam movement in Washington state. Discusses Washington State House Bill 2752 which deals with regulating junk e-mail. Has links to the legislation itself. Links to Spam resources. Good source for others who want ideas on how to limit junk e-mail in their home states.
