The research of this newly established center focuses on the psychological, computational and biological mechanisms of higher mental function. It will launch its educational program in Fall 2000.

Neuroscience and Psychology is one concentration of this undergraduate certificate program.

Key areas of study include behavioral and computational neuroscience, cognitive psychology, cognitive neuroscience, and development and evolution.

Any undergraduate student has the option to earn the minor through this interdepartmental program.

Two areas of emphasis in the Department are cognitive psychology and experimental/biological psychology.
