Founded in 1883, the Alta Club is a private social club for members only located in an elegant and historic Club House in downtown Salt Lake City.

Committed to improving the lives of women and children through effective leadership of trained volunteers. Includes cookbook, fundraisers, community projects, and events.

Provides information on services provided including lodging, meals, shave or shower facilities, and women's services.

Meets first Fridays, 7:30 pm. Officers, history, newsletter, charity, selected writings. Longest continually operating Lodge of Freemasons in Utah.
