Collections are comprised primarily of 19th and 20th century fine, folk and decorative arts. The emphasis on the fine art collection is American art with an ever-growing collection of national and regionally recognized paintings, with regular special exhibits.

Built in 1906, is one of the few remaining Beaux Arts Colonial-style houses in the United States.
