An adult amateur soccer league comprised of over eighty mens and womens teams from the Rochester area.

Provides training to advanced youth soccer players from the Greater Rochester area and Western New York. The organization fields girls and boys teams in the age groups U9 through U19, offering a nine-month program from November through July.
