City of St. Louis APCD Clean Air Network
The City Air Pollution Control Division carries out the initiatives of the Clean Air Act in conjunction with the Missouri Dept. of Natural Resources and the EPA.
City of St. Louis Health Department
Performs high quality assessments of health status and needs, develops appropriate policies and priorities, and assures citizens that the Department is providing effective surveillance, detection, investigation, analysis and response to factors that may adversely effect the collective health of this community.
City of St. Louis Street Department, Traffic Divis
Responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of all traffic signals, street lighting, and traffic signs.

Metropolitan St. Louis Police Department
Enforces law and provides advice on community safety.
Refuse Division
Responsible for collection and disposing of the City's waste. This division coordinates efforts to reduce the amount of waste going to landfills, such as recycling, composting, and waste reduction.
St. Louis Community Development Agency (CDA)
The primary organization appointed to design, implement, oversee and maintain the City's housing strategy. It provides realtors and the general public with information about City neighborhoods, housing values, home buying resources, financing information and relocation counseling.
