Serving the recreational and informational reading needs of twenty-three Wayne County communities, through thirteen local libraries, and of the visually impaired and print-handicapped population of the County of Wayne.

Locations in Westland and Detroit. All residents of Wayne County who are unable to read conventional printed material because of a physical limitation have access to free library service.
