Two buildings on the main property that overlook the ocean, a one hundred year old Victorian Seaside Inn, the other a 16 unit motel style building, both of which have spectacular ocean views. Three other locations are within a 5-10 minute walk from the main property.

Built in 1887, the Inn is the last of the grand hotels remaining in Ogunquit. The early Victorian design of the main building remains preserved with a distinctive turret and expansive veranda encircling half the Inn. Each of the inn's forty-four rooms are uniquely styled with colonial wall-paper and furnishings.
