The RSC is headquartered at the Stephen A. Douglas Armed Forces Reserve Center (SADAFRC) in Salt Lake City, Utah. The command is responsible for Army Reserve activities within a six-state area which encompasses Utah, Colorado, Wyoming, Montana, North Dakota and South Dakota.
