Enables international students to learn English at the Miami campus or through a sister program in New York City while gaining conditional acceptance to the university. Site available in Spanish Portguese, French, Italian, German, Japanese, Korean, and Turkish.

Services provided include computer training, licensing and certification in real estate. Also offered are recreational and leisure programs for personal interest, self defense, and family support. Preparatory programs for GED and ABE are also available.
