Formed for charitable purposes, including, but not limited to, the following: (1) to cooperate with family history centers, societies, organizations, and libraries in the Orange County, California area in a joint effort to promote, enhance, and financially aid such organizations in furthering family history; and (2) to solicit, receive, and manage goods, services, and funds donated for the enhancement and ongoing improvement of family history centers, societies, organizations, and libraries; and (3) to provide educational training and support for family history research skills and techniques where needed.
