The Mohave County Public Works Department under the direction of Richard A. Skalicky, P.E. is comprised of several divisions including the Engineering and Surveying Department, Road Department, Signing/Pavement Marking, Flood Control, Facilities Management, Parks Department, Vehicle Fleet Maintenance, Golden Valley Water Company, Emergency Management, Improvement Districts, and Landfills.
