Our goal is simple, if ambitious: to speak to the Alabama Legislature with a strong, united voice in support of policies that would benefit low-income citizens.

Exists to assist organizations in the state to work collaboratively in impowering their constituents ---many of whom are low income people -- to find policy, program and developmental solutions to problems of poverty in a state that historically has frustrated attempts at democratic empowerment through racial, economic, and social fragmentation.
