During their first two years at Sterling, students earn an Associate of Arts Degree in Resource Management. Those who choose to continue their studies for an additional two years earn a Bachelor of Arts with a concentration in Outdoor Education and Leadership, Sustainable Agriculture, or Wildlands Ecology and Management.
