Disability Services, Office for
Provides services for disability-related concerns of Penn State students at the University Park location and acts in an advisory capacity to the Disability Contact Liaisons at other Penn State locations.
Educational Equity, Office of the Vice Provost for
Supports and evaluates the many diversity initiatives of Penn State and serves as an advocate for diverse populations within the University community, including racial and ethnic minorities; disabled persons; veterans; gay, lesbian, bisexual, and transgendered persons; and women.
Emergency Medical Services, Office of
Designed to provide pre-hospital emergency care and education on-campus and to the community of Penn State students, faculty, staff, and guests, mainly through the services of the University Ambulance Service (UAS).
Excellence in Writing, Center for
Promotes a writing-intensive philosophy of student-centered teaching and collaborative learning through three integrated programs for undergraduate students, graduate students, and faculty.
Finance and Business, Office of
Provides support to students, faculty, staff, and the public and is responsible for the planning, management, and accountability of the University financial, physical, and human resources.
Human Resources, Office of
Responsible for integrating administration into the framework of the institution, providing expert advice and counsel, and strengthening positive efforts to attract and retain quality faculty.
Information Technology Services, Office of
Ensures that Penn State students, faculty, and staff have the information technology tools and infrastructure necessary to carry out the academic mission of the University. Formerly, the Office of Computer and Information Systems (C&IS).
Intellectual Property Office
Responsible for managing, protecting, and licensing the intellectual property of faculty, staff, and graduate students at all Penn State locations, such as patents, trademarks, copyrights, technical data, and other information.

Physical Plant, Office of
Responsible for the overall care of the physical assets of Penn State. Duties include overseeing the planning, design, and construction of projects, administering University real estate, performing daily operations and maintenance, and providing quality and cost-effective services.

Racial and Ethnic Diversity, Commission on
Appointed in 1989 as a University-wide advisory body to the President of Penn State in matters relating to racial and ethnic diversity. Dedicated to enhancing the University's climate for diversity at all its locations throughout the Commonwealth.
Security Operations and Services
Focuses on developing, interpreting, and enforcing Penn State computer and network security policies. Responsible for incident response; providing forensic and litigation support, risk assessments, and vulnerability assessments; and security education and awareness. A division of Information Technology Services (ITS). Formerly, the Computer and Network Security Office (NETSEC).
Student Affairs, Division of
Provides student services and programs in support of the academic mission of Penn State, like career services; learning, cultural, and activity centers and unions; counseling services; judicial affairs; residence life; student development; and University health services.

Travel Services
Offers a Travel Management Program designed to address the business travel needs of the University faculty and staff, by offering the services of the Travel Management Office, Travel Services agencies, American Express and Citicorp Diners Club corporate cards, and direct billing for air and rail charges.
Undergraduate Education, Office of
Works with the faculty senate and academic administrative offices in areas affecting the curriculum, teaching and learning, and advising across the colleges and campuses of the University.
Undergraduate Fellowships Office
Encourages qualified University students to apply for and get national scholarships through promotion, recruitment, mentoring, and establishing a nurturing environment.
Undergraduate Studies, Division of
Provides academic advising and educational planning, University-wide academic advising and information, an enrollment program for students who prefer to investigate before choosing a specific college or major, and the First-Year Testing, Counseling and Advising Program (FTCAP).

University Development, Office of
Provides the Grand Destiny campaign, which is missioned to substantially enhance the endowment funding available to the students, faculty, and staff of Penn State, who will help preserve our heritage and carry out our educational missions.
University Faculty Senate
The representative body of the faculty with authority on all matters that pertain to the educational interests of the University, which also acts as an advisory and consultative body to the President.
University Health Services
Primary health care facilities offering high quality comprehensive and integrated professional services to the Penn State community, such as health promotion and disease prevention, health counseling, diagnosis and treatment of acute and chronic illnesses, and referrals to outside providers, when appropriate.
University Office of International Programs
Gather information on international University topics, such as education programs and studies, students and scholars, partnerships and academic linkages, and Outreach programs.
University Police
Provides all the law enforcement and security services to the University, including parking enforcement and traffic control, and services such as first-aid training, first rescue response, and fire suppression services.
University Registrar, Office of the
Obtain information on viewing the schedule of courses, registering for upcoming classes, and about exams and grades. Verify enrollment, review the University calendar, plus obtain degree audits and transcripts.

University Testing Services
Provides technical and research support of all forms of educational measurement undertaken across the Penn State system. Services include test development, administration, item banking, scoring, and reporting; answer sheets; grade books; document scanning; and effectiveness assessments.
