Prepares students for entry into the state of Connecticut's Department of Correction as a Correctional Trainee. Program graduates receive a waiver for the written Correction Department examination that is administered by the state Department of Administrative Services. Upon certification, the Department of Correction will require applicants to pass a series of screening tests in order to be employed.

Fourteen-month, three-semester certificate for the Criminal Justice professional.

Associate in Science degree program which enables graduates to perform effectively and efficiently the duties of entry-level Criminal Justice personnel, and/or further academic endeavors. Corrections option available.

Designed to prepare students for employment in criminal justice agencies that require basic knowledge of drug and alcohol treatment modalities and issues as they relate to the criminal justice system.
