Food Service Management
Associate in Science Degree Program which includes a 400-hour work experience program. For individuals who wish to continue their studies, courses in the program are transferrable to similar programs at the baccalaureate level.

Associate in Science Degree program primarily designed to prepare students for the many varied careers available in the commercial printing, newspaper, and advertising fields.
Hotel-Motel Management
Associate in Science Degree Program which qualfies graduates for employment as supervisors in small hotels and motels, as trainees and assistant in large hotels and motels, and as salespersons and front office managers.
Labor Studies
Certificate course of study developed in cooperation with the Labor Education Center at the University of Connecticut, designed specifically for the worker who wishes to be involved with labor unions.
Manufacturing Engineering Technology
Associate in Science Degree program which includes Computer Aided Drafting (CAD), Computer Aided Manufacturing (CAM), and Computer Integrated Manufacturing (CIM) technologies.
Mechanical Engineering Technology
Associate in Science Degree program in which students learn how to extract and analyze engineering data. Accredited by the Technology Accreditation Commission of the Accreditation Board for Engineering and Technology (TAC/ABET).
Quality Control
Certificate of Achievement in Quality Control consists of a sequence of courses which prepares student for the Certified Quality Technician (CQT) certification examination by the American Society for Quality Control (ASQC).
Retail Management
Associate in Science Degree courses designed to give students the opportunity to prepare for careers with retail, wholesale and manufacturing organizations in buying, merchandising, fashion coordination and sales promotion. Practical training is provided through internships in retailing, fashion or related areas.
Wastewater and Advanced Wastewater
Certificate programs designed in cooperation with the State Department of Environmental Protection offers students a core of courses to prepare them for examination as Wastewater I and Wastewater II operators in the basic level, and Wastewater III and Wastwater IV operators in the advanced level.
