Atchison, KS. Established in 1986, In 1988, the NEKR Society established "The Atchinson Rail Museum" on property leased from the city with additional property purchased from Santa Fe Railroad. Includes a 24'x48' HO scale modular layout and 12" gauge half-mile long railroad featuring live steam engines.
