Created and maintained by the Master Gardeners Association of North Alabama, their Demonstration Vegetable Garden is a composite of various types of gardens to serve as models for the home gardener.

This is where the original Master Gardener program began nearly 30 years ago as an organization of university-trained volunteers who serve as educators for the home gardening community.

The Master Gardener program and training are conducted by the West Virginia University Extension Service through the county extension offices.
