Systems for Automatic Customer Support Operations
The target applications of the project are networked printer systems. Complete troubleshooters for several HP printers have been developed, and are going to be offered to end-users as web-based e-service applications. The introduction of such e-services is expected to significantly reduce the need for customer support operations provided by human call agents.
