Organization comprised of music teachers from all levels of education, elementary through college. Its membership comes from the areas encompassed within and immediately surrounding Sacramento, including Amador, El Dorado, Placer, Sacramento, and Yolo Counties.

An alliance of producing organizations, individual theatre artists and technicians, and administrators formed to foster and promote high quality theatre in the Sacramento area and neighboring regions.
